Hey there I'm Rachel! This shop is a place where I get to combine my love of crochet, photography, and design.

I opened my first etsy shop (RAllisonShop) in 2012 with a few handmade beanies and scarves. At the time I struggled to follow crochet patterns, so every item I made was one of a kind. This led to more work for every item I sold. Perfecting each item’s stitches, fit and style was a struggle. Once it was ready to sell, each piece needed photographs, description, pricing, etc.

Once I started creating patterns I was able to streamline my workload, plan cohesive collections & get return customers. After that, I discovered which products were the most popular, fine-tuned my patterns, and reached a new level of success with my shop.
